This invention allows the user to provide a display of personal freedom to express a message of information in which the user chooses. The unique angle-cut design with the strategically placed Velcro and the stretch material creates a cone-like shape when applied around the tie knot that gives the appearance that it is an original part of the tie and tie knot. When the furnishings product is connected with the Velcro behind that tie knot, the locking strap is applied over top of the tie knot and will keep the furnishings product permanently in place while still allowing the user to adjust the tie without interference.
