The formulation includes a carrier base of fractionated coconut oil, and an effective amount of at least one essential oil with insect repellent capabilities. As active ingredients the essential oils cedarwood oil, citronella oil and lemongrass oil may be employed, with a total concentration of these active ingredients of 15.3% by weight.
