The inner front wall panel has a removable inner cover section disposed against the front wall panel to cover at least a portion of the display opening, and overlapping at least a portion of the display edge. An area of weakness is formed in the removable inner cover section that is configured to deform when pulled outwardly to decrease in at least one of the width and height dimensions in a desired manner to effect removal of the removable inner cover section.

Abstract: An improved display pack that can hold products during shipping and display products at the point of sale. The display pack is separable into a display section and a removable upper section. The removable upper section is removed to expose the product, allowing the packaged product to be displayed in the remaining display section. A joined in-the-flat blank unit that can be assembled into the display pack is also provided.

The container is assembleable from a flat or knockdown state to an opened or assembled state. A first inner panel is attached to a first wall panel, the first inner panel having an end spaced from the first corner. A slidable corner support is attached to the end of the first inner panel and extends towards the second wall panel. When the container is assembled from the knockdown state, the slidable corner support moves away from the first corner to form a support member that can help support a container stacked on top and prevent nesting.

The outer cover includes an overlay formed in the outer cover sidewalls by a tear line allowing the overlay to be detached from the outer cover. An adhesive secures the inner container and the outer cover together with the adhesive being provided between the inner container and the overlay so that the overlay can detach from the outer cover and remain attached to the inner container over the adhesive when the outer cover is removed from the inner container.
