    Abstract: A bulletin display board in which messages and bulletins are held therein by means of a transparency and releasable clips. The board is arranged to be pivotable from a vertical to a horizontal position, the latter being for ease of insertion and removal of messages from the display board. The board further is provided with magnetic means to retain the same in a vertical position, when it is so required.
