  • Patent number: 11840135
Abstract: A battery pack support assembly includes a plurality of isolators disposed between an outer support frame of a battery pack and longitudinal rails of a vehicle frame. Each isolator includes a housing, an elastic body and a fastener. The housing defines a central opening and opposed flanges. The opposed flanges are secured to a respective longitudinal rail. The elastic body is disposed within the central opening of the housing. The fastener extends laterally through the central opening of the housing and secures the elastic body to the outer support frame of the battery pack.

  • Publication number: 20230322037
Abstract: A vehicle suspension system may include a semi trailing arm, a coilover damper and a distributed jounce response assembly. The semi trailing arm may be operably coupled to a chassis of a battery electric vehicle (BEV) at a first pivotable connection and a second pivotable connection. The semi trailing arm may also support a rear wheel of the BEV. The coilover damper may be disposed between the chassis and a third pivotable connection on the semi trailing arm. The distributed jounce response assembly may progressively distribute a jounce load to at least two different locations within the system.

  • Patent number: 11685205
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for a hitch including multiple pins coupled to an outboard frame are disclosed. An example apparatus disclosed herein include a hitch including a first pin, a second pin parallel to the first pin, a third pin orthogonal to the first pin, and a fourth pin parallel to the third pin, wherein the first pin, the second pin, the third pin and the fourth pin are to couple the hitch to a frame of a vehicle. The example apparatus includes a load manager to determine a load condition based on sensor data from at least one of the first pin, the second pin, the third pin, or the fourth pin.

  • Publication number: 20230092849
Abstract: Methods and corresponding systems and apparatuses for configuring user access to data stored in and/or accessed through an external computer system are described. Access permissions can be configured through defining a permission set relative to a proxy entity and assigning the permission set to one or more users. A proxy entity is a local representation of an external data entity. A proxy entity can be a virtual entity in that the proxy entity does not contain underlying data. A proxy entity can, however, include metadata describing its corresponding external data entity. A computer system maintaining a proxy entity can store mapping information linking the proxy entity to an external data entity. The mapping information and the permission set can be used to determine an access permission relative to the external data entity and to communicate this access permission to the external computer system so that access can be provided accordingly.
