  • Publication number: 20240404424
Abstract: A rotorcraft flight training method for a rotorcraft comprising at least two engines and at least one rotor providing lift helping to keep the rotorcraft in the air. The method comprises at least the following steps: flying the rotorcraft in a mode wherein each engine supplies driving power to the rotor; and activating a first command to start a training phase simulating asymmetric flight, the training phase comprising a first flight phase comprising a first control operation, with a controller, controlling the at least two engines and a first display operation for displaying, with a display, information carrying at least two simulated powers.

  • Publication number: 20240367813
Abstract: A method of processing engine monitoring parameters in a rotorcraft that comprises at least one rotor and at least two engines for powering the at least one rotor in one of an All Engines Operative mode and a Single Engine Operation mode, wherein the engine monitoring parameters are at least indicative of power margins of one engine of the at least two engines of the rotorcraft, wherein the method comprises displaying an engine monitoring indicator for the one engine of the at least two engines of the rotorcraft for visualizing a current performance state of the one engine; and, if the rotorcraft is operated in the Single Engine Operation mode, displaying a first graphical representation of a Single Engine Operation mode indicator with the engine monitoring indicator for visualizing that the rotorcraft is operated in the Single Engine Operation mode.

  • Publication number: 20240175743
Abstract: A method for setting, in an aircraft, a calculation mass relative to a load to be transported by a hooking system of the aircraft. The method comprises: detecting whether a current state of the aircraft is a flight state with the load to be transported attached to the hooking system and, if so, displaying a proposed mass on a display, validating the proposed mass using a validation interface in order to assign the proposed mass to the calculation mass, or, if the proposed mass is not validated at the end of a predetermined condition, assigning a predetermined mass to the calculation mass.
