Abstract: A method for automatically determining a financial capacity of an international student, scholar, and/or other individual who is attending and/or otherwise associated with an educational institution in the United States and has little or no domestic credit history. The method is configured to assist the international student, scholar, and/or other individual in securing housing with landlords who would otherwise have limited resources for determining the financial capacity of the international student, scholar, and/or other individual. The automatic determination may be performed by a trained electronic financial capacity machine learning algorithm. The financial capacity machine learning algorithm is executed by one or more processors of a computing device.
