Abstract: The disclosed embodiments of the invention relate to a supporting apparatus and methods of using it. The supporting apparatus may include a frame member including an outer periphery and an inner periphery. The supporting apparatus may further include a first leg assembly and a second leg assembly, each configurable between a closed position and an open position. The supporting apparatus may further include a suspender that may be fastened to the frame member through a plurality of straps. The suspender may include a central member that may be positioned in a region enclosed by the inner periphery of the frame member.

Abstract: A system, method, and device for coffee grounds agitation is disclosed. The coffee grounds agitation device includes an agitating assembly extending into at least one brewing basket having a mesh. The agitating assembly includes a driver, and at least one agitator operatively coupled to the driver such that the driver impels the at least one agitator to move within the at least one brewing basket. The agitating assembly also includes a control circuit in electrical communication with the driver and configured to impel the at least one agitator with the driver. The agitating assembly is movable into, and out of, a brewing configuration. The brewing configuration includes the at least one agitator being substantially contained within the at least one brewing basket while also operatively engaged with the driver.

Abstract: An article of jewelry includes a housing divided into upper and lower portions. The housing can be moveable between an open configuration and a closed configuration. The housing can include therein a post on which a reel assembly including a paper roll can be assembled. One end of the paper roll can be extended through a nonlinear paper slot in an outer wall of the housing. The paper roll can include a plurality of printed messages, stickers, or other designs thereon. The nonlinear paper slot can provide tension to maintain the end of the paper roll within the nonlinear paper slot to facilitate tearing off the end of the paper roll.

Abstract: A coffee grounds stirring device comprising a stirring basket and a stirring assembly is disclosed. The stirring basket comprises a basket rim, a side wall, and a basket floor, and is releasably coupled to the stirring assembly. The stirring assembly is contained within the stirring basket and comprises a motor, at least one blade, a control circuit, and a sensor. The sensor is configured to detect a liquid inside the coffee grounds stirring device. The at least one blade is operatively coupled to the motor such that the control circuit drives the at least one blade with the motor to rotate above the basket floor in response to the sensor detecting liquid inside the coffee grounds stirring device. The coffee grounds stirring device may be sized to be entirely contained within a coffee basket from a 12-cup-capacity coffee maker. The at least one blade may be driven to rotate intermittently.

Abstract: Bather movement apparatus for use with a sidewall opening bath enclosure generally includes a chaise, a stanchion having a stirrup for supporting the chaise along with a pivot post extending exterior to the bath enclosure and a pivot arm interconnecting the pivot post and stanchion for enabling arcuate movement of the chaise between a bathing position within the bath enclosure and a doorway position outside of the bath enclosure. The movement of the chaise passes the chaise through the bath enclosure side opening.

Abstract: A banner apparatus comprising a base having a substantially symmetrical central core formed in an upper end of the base and a banner-insert sub-assembly removably installed within the core from either open end. The core has a substantially symmetrical and central stepped inner surface that is accessible from each open end. The banner-insert sub-assembly comprises an insert having at least one passage therethrough and a windsock banner installed over the insert so as to be pinched between the insert and the core when the banner-insert sub-assembly is removably installed within the core during use, the banner having a proximal end and a distal end and at least one airflow channel in communication therebetween and with the passage and the core so as to allow airflow through the base and the banner to aid its substantially horizontal flight during use.
