    Abstract: A snow removing device is disclosed which is particularly intended for use in the manual removal of snow from the exteriors of motor vehicles. The device includes a head having an internal core surrounding by a sheath. The sheath is constructed of an expanded, cellular, polyethylene foam material, and the core is of a different material. An elongated handle extends from the head, and the handle is affixed to the core. The overall head provides a large snow removal area in a lightweight device which will not scratch or mar an automotive finish. The cellular, polyethylene sheath constitutes a relatively large portion of the overall head.
