  • Patent number: 8567328
Abstract: Conveying device to be mounted on a sewing machine comprising a plate to be constrained to a base of the sewing machine, a conveyor belt mounted on two rollers constrained to a supporting structure so as to rotate, the supporting structure being coupled with the sewing machine, so that the conveyor belt is adjacent to the plate, and motor means connected with the conveyor belt and suited to put said belt in motion so that a cloth arranged between the plate and the conveyor belt translates when the conveyor belt is put in motion. The conveying device comprises at least a pressing element actuated by a piston of a cylinder which comprises elastic means and is constrained to the supporting structure of the conveyor belt, said cylinder being connected with a pressure control system. The pressure control system adjusts the pressure acting on the cloth to be conveyed since the elastic means are adjustable through the same system and the pressing element is in contact with the portion of the plate and/or belt.

  • Patent number: 8308032
Abstract: A machine for forming and ironing folds in cloth has a plate frame on which are fixed a support and pressure system, a template on which the cloth is put, a moving system for moving a blocking plate which blocks the cloth, a guide system for guiding a folding element which folds outer edges of the cloth and an ironing plate. The guide system has a guide profile and a translating arm which is translated in a longitudinal direction and has a roller and a folding element. The arm is under pressure towards the guide profile so that the roller beats and slides along the edge of the guide profile. In this way, the folding element follows the movement of the arm according to the guide profile and moves in the longitudinal direction and a transversal direction.

  • Patent number: 8074588
Abstract: Sewing machine (10 comprising a base (12) with a crochet and a head (14) that comprises a needle support (30), a fabric pressure foot (24) and its adjusting means (26), motor means (28) to make a needle sew together with the crochet, and lever means (32) to turn the rotary motion of the driving means into a vertical reciprocating motion. The needle support (30) in turn comprises at least two needle bars (46, 48) that are moved vertically by said lever means (32), and a connecting element (50) to couple the lever means (32) with at least a needle bar (46,48). Each needle bar (46,48) is coupled with a needle (16,18) through a respective thread and actuated selectively in the crochet in order to allow the sewing.

  • Publication number: 20020023577
Abstract: An automatic control device that basically employs a pneumatic system that controls the pressure exerted on the shaft of the fabric pressure shoe, pressure that was traditionally exerted by spring systems or in any case mechanical-type systems that were always based on the pressure or the pull of a spring.

  • Patent number: 5388539
Abstract: Equipment that positions and clamps a piece of cloth or the like on a base fabric through a jig-guide (13) (17), moves automatically when a first seam has been sewn on the most external edge. In this way it is possible to sew further seams in the inner part of the first seam according to any preset pattern. The said jig-guide is coupled to a further device the purpose of which is the facilitation of the loading and positioning operations during which the pieces of cloth are to be loaded and positioned. Such operations are carried out very easily and quickly through a load sliding plane (31) which is provided only with precise references and does not have any further mechanism which might hinder the insertion of the cloth. The sliding plane (31) moves on a fixed bed (32) since the edges of the first plane are bent downwards on the edges of the second plate and the first plane slides on the second plate through the a piston or the like (42).

  • Patent number: 5167195
Abstract: The present apparatus (1) can be attached to a conventional sewing machine (2) and consists essentially of upper and lower frames. A needle bar unit (8) along with relative driving means is attached to the upper frame. A rotating hook (11) is attached to the lower frame. The upper frame and the lower frame are situated in front of and around a working head of a sewing machine (2) in order to cooperate with the head itself, there being thus the possibility of sewing double, parallel seams simultaneously. The needle bar unit (8) and the rotating, hook (11) are set in motion through secondary shafts (7, 10), which are connected through kinematic transmission belts (4,6) to a main driving pulley (3) of the complete sewing unit.
