  • Publication number: 20240108320
Abstract: It is provided a cardiac mask configured for use in a cardiac ablation, including a ponent aperture in view of the at least one zone of interest identifying a portion of the heart undergoing cardiac ablation, made of an electrically insulating material and substantially counter-shaped to the heart so as to be rested on the heart during cardiac ablation.

  • Publication number: 20240070166
Abstract: A read-write set of a blockchain transaction specifies a delta value by which to add or subtract from the current value of a delta-enabled world state record. In connection with committing the blockchain transaction to a world state record, the then-current value of the world state record is read and adjusted by the delta to determine the actual value to assign to the world state record. The actual value computed is correct even though the version number and current value at the time the read-write set was generated may have changed by the time the commitment of the blockchain transaction has commenced. Multi-version concurrency is foregone.

  • Publication number: 20220131176
Abstract: A method and apparatus for assembling electrochemical cells for producing power energy accumulation devices are disclosed, wherein flat shaped cells are fed, arranged in a horizontal lay, to a release zone where cells are pushed downwards, one at a time, towards a stacking zone where a stack of superimposed cells is formed, a portion of a perimeter flexible flap of each cell being bent upwards during the descent by effect of contact with at least a guiding slide, and then, continuing the descent, such contact terminates thereby an elastic return of the portion of flexible flap occurs.

  • Publication number: 20220027344
Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods for supporting SQL-based rich queries in a blockchain fabric. In accordance with an embodiment, the systems and methods provided herein provide the ability to execute SQL queries to allow for the creation of complex smart contracts much easier and more maintainable manner. Also, performance is improved both by pushing the data filtering back to the storage engine (rather than happening at the smart contract level), and by being able to rely on relational engines which support concurrent read and write data access. As well, the state of the world database can also provide for concurrent read/write access.

  • Patent number: 10417212
Abstract: A system and method for providing database replay are disclosed. In one embodiment, the system detects a trigger; obtains updated data from a read-only table; stores the updated data in a modifiable table; retrieves a modification history including a comprehensive and persistent record of the changes made to one or more earlier versions of the modifiable table; and applies the modifications indicated in the modification history to the updated data stored in the modifiable table.

  • Patent number: 7776270
Abstract: The invention relates to an automatic machine designed to reseal test tubes for clinical analyses with aluminum sealing tape housed in ready-to-use, cassette-type containers. The machine uses a heat-sealing process to apply a piece of aluminum foil, which will form the cap, over the mouth of the test tube, causing it to adhere to the edge of the test tube itself to achieve perfect resealing.

  • Publication number: 20070212151
Abstract: The present invention relates to a thermal transfer printer/labeller supplied with a printing ribbon and receiving ribbon contained in cassettes or equivalent packages. The cassette, of a shape and size depending on the types of ribbon, protects the thermal transfer printing ribbon from contact with the operator, preventing the ribbon from being accidentally unwound during handling and conveyance and being easily inserted in the printer, using the fixed references.
