This board includes a perforated plane support, for example a metal grill, covered by a covering material that is permeable to gases, usually a cover, which forms the ironing surface and under which there is a suction compartment bound by a lower support panel where at least one ventilating unit or similar is mounted to suck in gases present in the suction compartment and push them outside, the lower support panel being also permeable to gasses.
