  • Publication number: 20230201253
Abstract: Systems and methods for administering one or more hydration compositions to an individual to improve vascular health are provided. A system comprises a hydration composition delivery element and a sensor operatively coupled to the hydration composition delivery element. The sensor is configured to determine one or more of the intake of fluids, the amount of fluid discharged, the activity level of the patient, or level of hydration of the patient based on the level of fluid in the hydration composition delivery element. The system further includes a monitoring system which, based on a signal received from the sensor, provides an indication of one or more of the need to intake fluid, the identity of a specific hydration composition of a plurality of hydration compositions to be consumed or an amount of a hydration composition to be consumed.

Abstract: Universal endovascular grafts are provided for evaluation and repair of damaged or aneurismal blood vessels. More particularly, the present invention relates to universal fenestrated and universal branched endografts for repair of blood vessels with branches, methods for implanting the endografts in the vessel and for making connection with one or more branches. The universal fenestrated endografts have a body with a first end, a second end, a first wall, a second wall, and an interior passage or lumen. The body further includes openings in communication with the passage at the first and second ends and one or more lateral fenestrations in communication with the lumen. The body further has a necked portion between the ends and a cannulation member. The universal branched endografts have a tubular body with a main lumen and four branch lumens. A large branch extends from the body. The four lumens are positioned about a circumference of the tubular body.

  • Patent number: 11493628
Abstract: Aerial vehicles including one-dimensional arrays of transmitters and receivers aligned perpendicular to one another are configured for safe operation. The transmitters may be configured to transmit signals at designated times in order to generate synthetic waves having common fronts from selected angles. The receivers are configured to capture data regarding reflections of the synthetic waves from objects, and to interpret the data to determine bearings or angles to such objects. Locations of the objects may be determined based on angles at which the synthetic waves are transmitted and bearings or angles to the objects that reflected the synthetic waves, as well as times at which reflections of the synthetic waves are received. Maps or other representations of objects on a scene may be generated based on such locations.

  • Patent number: 11366221
Abstract: Ranging systems operate based on the transmission and receipt of pseudorandom sequences. Pseudorandom sequences may be generated and assigned to specific transmitters, which may operate simultaneously to transmit signals including the pseudorandom sequences. A receiver may be programmed to recognize the specific pseudorandom sequences within data captured by the receiver, and to associate the pseudorandom sequences with the transmitters that transmitted them. Upon identifying the pseudorandom sequences, the receiver or one or more associated components may calculate times of flight of signals transmitted by the respective transmitters. Such times of flight may be used to calculate distances to one or more objects from which the signals were reflected.

  • Patent number: 9550626
Abstract: Machines for sorting objects having a series of carriages fixed at a given interval (P) to two drive belts configured to move along closed-loop paths in two parallel vertical planes are provided. Each path may include a top horizontal section and a bottom horizontal section joined together by two curved connecting end sections. Two end assemblies may be arranged at the curved end sections of the path. Each assembly may include crown gears which are configured to engage with the belts and a series of sliders which are configured to retain the carriages along a semicircular section close to the crown gears. The carriages are thus able to perform a rotary/translational movement along the end connecting sections and keep their support surface horizontally oriented.
