  • Patent number: 11954619
Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods described include receiving data related to an availability for a shift, automatically triggering initiation of a communications session related to the shift, conducting the communications session, and receiving and storing a plurality of audio or audio and visual signals from the communications session. Machine learning (ML) sentiment analysis is performed on data of the communications session and based on the sentiment analysis, a reliability score is determined.

  • Publication number: 20230101734
Abstract: Disclosed is a platform that makes use of hybrid model employing both heuristic and machine learning models to adaptively generate recommendations based on requested circumstances in a temporary staffing platform. The hybrid model is based on a set of training data surrounding historical temporary staffing outcomes. The heuristic model portion identifies matches between current queries to past outcomes and the machine learning model portion trains to derive new recommendations where no match exists. Queries are received and executed upon in real-time as opposed to pre-computing based on the frequency of changes to the recommendation to what would otherwise be the same query. The hybrid model is therefore configured to optimize for real-time responses to individual queries. The data surrounding the historical temporary staffing outcomes includes data relating to users, data relating to shifts, and data derived from a combination of both.

  • Publication number: 20230019856
Abstract: Disclosed is a platform that manages worker users in a temporary staffing environment via an AI machine learning model. The machine learning model predicts dispatch outcomes of a plurality of pairings of worker users to potential shifts. A dispatch outcome predicts whether a worker will show up for and work a given shift. The machine learning model is based on a set of training data surrounding historical dispatch outcomes. The data surrounding the historical dispatch outcomes includes data relating to users, data relating to shifts, and data derived from a combination of both. An implementation of the machine learning model stitches together multiple shifts for up to a schedule horizon based on predicted dispatch outcomes.

  • Patent number: 10893991
Abstract: The present invention is a chair having a footrest that is extended when in use and retracted when not in use, have more space for comfortably positioning feet of a user/patient having more weight and is stable to provide safety. Chair includes a pair of leg frames, a pair of brackets, at least a pair of rollers, a footrest, at least one lever, gliding pins and wheels. Brackets are defined with railings and positioned on leg frames of chair. Rollers are connected to footrest and positioned to roll along the length of railing thereby enabling footrest to extend and retract. Footrest is of a size such that it is completely positioned between legs of chair to provide more feet resting area. Wheels are positioned underneath footrest for easy movement. Gliding pins connect wheels and footrest. Lever limits footrest movements and enables manipulating footrest with an extended handle.

  • Patent number: 10628630
Abstract: Models of certain groups of graphical user interface (GUI) objects (e.g., menu objects, product objects, title objects, etc.) are created. A website is then modeled as a state machine (also called a blueprint), in which states are used to model webpages of the website. Identifying characteristics of the states are specified based on the models of the GUI objects. Certain scanning options are used to reduce the complexity of the state machine and accelerate the state machine creation process, known as the “one per page” and “once per app” scanning options. After the state machine model of the website has been created, test cases are generated as traversals through the state machine. In one embodiment, user logs direct the generation of test cases so that the test cases resemble past user behavior.

  • Patent number: 10204035
Abstract: A test script is generated in an automated fashion based on a master key file (and optionally, additionally based on user logs) in order to test a software application. The master key file may include one or more scripts of every (or nearly every) possible interaction (e.g., request, presentation, executed action, and so on) a user may have with the software application under test. Often times, the master key file captures each and every request that could be made from a client device to the software application under test executing at a server.

  • Publication number: 20140311896
Abstract: The present invention is related to the mining industry and treatment of mineral and materials that contain gold and silver. Specifically, it is related to a process to recover gold and silver, from copper thiosulfate solutions with a autogenerated electrolysis process. The advantages of the present invention, relative to those of the state of the technique, reside in the increased velocity compared with cementation using copper, without employing electric current. Our process is characterized by operating in an electrochemical autogeneration cell, in which the anode and cathode are connected in short circuit and the anodic and cathodic compartments are separated by an ion exchange membrane. Additionally, using a copper anode and the stripped solution as the anolyte, the levels of soluble copper are maintained stable, conserving the leaching power of the thiosulfate solutions, whereby it is possible to recycle them back to the leaching stage.

  • Publication number: 20140076735
Abstract: This relates to mining and mineral or materials treatment industries that deal with gold and silver. Specifically, it is related to the process to recover gold and silver from thiosulfate or thiourea solutions, with an electrolysis that occurs simultaneously on both the anode and cathode. Increased velocity and greatly reduced energy consumption are obtained in relation to those found in conventional electrolytic cells.

  • Publication number: 20140060857
Abstract: A combination rasping/filing tool comprises an axially extending blade having first and second surfaces and proximal and distal ends. The first surface has a plurality of rasping teeth. Each individual rasping tooth defines a rasping cavity projecting below the first surface and has a raised portion projecting away from said first surface a height h. The raised portion has a trailing shoulder extending proximally away from and contiguous with a sharpened rasping ledge. A rasping face is contiguous with the rasping ledge and projects into the rasping cavity. Each rasping tooth is arranged in a row of a plurality of teeth, and each row is staggered in relation to proximally and distally neighboring rows. In one embodiment each row comprises eight teeth.
