  • Publication number: 20230177748
Abstract: Disclosed is a medical imaging conversion method, automatically converting: at least one or more real x-ray images of a patient, including at least a first anatomical structure of the patient and a second anatomical structure of the patient, into at least one digitally reconstructed radiograph (DRR) of the patient representing the first anatomical structure without representing the second anatomical structure, by a single operation using either one convolutional neural network (CNN) or a group of convolutional neural networks (CNN) which is preliminarily trained to, both or simultaneously: differentiate the first anatomical structure from the second anatomical structure, and convert a real x-ray image into at least one digitally reconstructed radiograph (DRR).

  • Patent number: 9309662
Abstract: The Elevated Habitable Module is primarily an enclosed living space that folds to a very small size and deploys to a tall and large elevated living quarters. It is designed to be readily transported and erected by utilizing a light weight design that unfolds easily and is uncomplicated to assemble. The floor is secure from ground animals and people by elevating it off of ground level. The design also ensures important basic living features, such as electricity which is often not initially available on site in remote locations, and a method of collecting rain water along with filtration so it can be used for drinking or sanitation purposes. The supporting structure is suitable for a variety of places, including flat surfaces or rugged terrain.

  • Patent number: 9009838
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for effecting an internet user's privacy directive. In the method, copied packets, that are based on original packets sent from a user client, are monitored for a web content request including state information that is not in compliance with a user's privacy directive. Upon detection of a copied packet having a web content request including noncompliant state information, the state information is modified to comply with the user's privacy directive. A replacement packet is forwarded to the user client such that the user client receives the replacement packet before receiving a response packet from a target server of the corresponding original packet. The replacement packet has a redirection with a renewed web content request including the modified state information.

  • Patent number: 8982192
Abstract: Three-dimensional visual information may be displayed on curvilinear display surfaces. The display devices can include a control system configured to execute various methods for obtaining the visual information and displaying the visual information on the curvilinear display surface. If the visual information is intended for display on a first display surface, the control system can modify the visual information for display on the curvilinear display surface. The control system also can modify the visual information based upon relative positions and orientations of a viewer, projector, and/or the display surface, as well as to correct for anticipated environmental or optical interference. The control system outputs the visual information or modified visual information to a display device for display on a curvilinear display surface.

  • Patent number: 8751663
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for targeted web content modification. In the method, a network service provider determines whether a web content request from an internet user station is a first-type request or a second-type request. If the web content request is a first-type request, then the first-type web content request is forwarded to the internet. Otherwise, if the web content request is a second-type request, then the second-type web content request is tunneled to a content modification station. The content modification station selectively responds to the tunneled second-type web content request with a redirection including a modified web content request. The internet user client receives modified web content based on the modified web content request.

  • Patent number: 8510431
Abstract: Disclosed is an internet traffic monitoring method that includes a network service provider analyzing an HTTP transaction involving an internet user client. The network service provider responds to the HTTP transaction by forwarding, to the internet user client, a modified web object including a monitoring implement. After forwarding the modified web object to the internet user client, the network service provider forwards a web object, originally associated with the HTTP transaction, to the internet user client.

  • Publication number: 20120256902
Abstract: Technologies are generally described herein for displaying stereoscopic three-dimensional and multiview stereoscopic three-dimensional visual information on curvilinear display surfaces. The display devices can include a control system configured to execute various methods for obtaining the visual information and displaying the visual information on the curvilinear display surface. If the visual information is intended for display on a first display surface, the control system can modify the visual information for display on the curvilinear display surface. • Patent number: 8214486
Abstract: Disclosed is an internet traffic monitoring method. In the method, a first packet, sent from a user client, having a web content request meeting certain monitoring selection criteria is detected. Upon detection of the first packet, a second packet is forwarded to the user client. The second packet has a redirection with a fabricated web content request to a monitoring web page including at least one monitoring implement.

  • Publication number: 20100306052
Abstract: Disclosed is a method, and related apparatus, for directing network service provider selected embedded objects to an internet user client. In the method, a network service provider maintains a database of internet user clients that includes a particular service-type value for each internet user client. The network service provider analyzes an HTTP transaction involving the internet user client. The network service provider responds to an HTTP transaction requesting an embedded web object by forwarding to the internet user client, an alternative embedded web object selected in accordance with the user client's particular service-type value, wherein the alternative embedded web object arrives to the internet user client before a response to the originally requested embedded web object. The network service provider causes the originally requested embedded web object to be forwarded to the internet user client after the alternative embedded web object is forwarded to the internet user client.
