  • Publication number: 20230327441
Abstract: A method for calibrating a unit controller with a managing process determining a position of a decoupler mechanism on the pumping unit. The managing process can calibrate the unit controller with a dual pump mode in response to determining the decoupler mechanism is in a coupled position. The managing process can calibrate the unit controller with a single pump mode in response to determining the decoupler mechanism is in a decoupled position with the pumping unit operating with the first fluid end coupled to the power end and the second fluid end decoupled from the power end. The system controller can pump a wellbore treatment fluid in accordance with the pumping unit in i) the dual pump mode or ii) the single pump mode.

  • Patent number: 11715951
Abstract: A grid power configuration may provide a reliable, efficient, inexpensive and environmentally conscious power source to a site, for example, a remote site such as a well services environment. Grid power may be provided for one or more operations at the site by coupling a main breaker to a switchgear unit coupled to one or more loads. The switchgear unit may be coupled to the main breaker via a main power distribution unit and may also be coupled to one or more loads. At least one of a grid power unit and a switchgear unit may be coupled to the main breaker via the main power distribution unit and may also be coupled to one or more additional loads. A control center may be communicatively coupled to the main breaker or any one or more other components to control one or more operations of the grid power configuration.

  • Publication number: 20210300739
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses of the present disclosure generally relate to on-site logistics using autonomous delivery vehicles in organized use sites. A system for on-site logistics includes a plurality of containers that are organized by type, each container including an identification tag. The system also includes at least three signal beacons configured to at least emit or receive signals, and at least one autonomous material handling device configured to locate the containers, move the containers, and store delivery points of the containers, wherein the at least one autonomous material handling device is in communication with the at least three signal beacons.

  • Publication number: 20190277295
Abstract: A single power source multiple pump system that includes a single power source driving a first pump and a second pump connected in series may provide for increased efficiencies for one or more operations of a well stimulation and servicing environment. Powering multiple pumps with a single source reduces consumption of resources while still providing the necessary power requirements. Pumps may be powered up or on in sequence so as not to exceed the power limits of the single power source. The multiple pumps may be connected in series with a gearbox to provide another arrangement or configuration. The one or more pumps down line from a pump may be disconnected when no longer in use.

  • Publication number: 20180189702
Abstract: A job plan may be developed far in advance of actual execution of any one or more specified well servicing operations. To account for all the factors, parameters or conditions that occur at an actual well site a revised job plan may be generated that accounts for the actual site equipment available, environmental factors, one or more costs, available power source, optimal operation of equipment and any other factors. Any one or more of the factors may be weighted according to a particular physical location or other factors of the job plan. Correlating the collected, known, and actual information about equipment and a physical location allows for the generation of an optimized revised job plan that provides better utilization of equipment, including power sources, and control of costs.
