  • Publication number: 20240339227
Abstract: A system for providing healthcare communications receives an alarm triggered in a patient environment where a patient is located. The system determines whether the patient is risk sensitive. When the patient is risk sensitive, the system opens a private communications channel on a device worn by a caregiver. The private communications channel is concealed from the patient, and provides augmented reality for resolving a condition that triggered the alarm.

  • Patent number: 12067532
Abstract: A system and method for configuring an application is described. The system identifies user collaboration data of users of an application. The user collaboration data indicates durations of collaborations between one or more users using the application. The system computes an influencer score of a first user based on the duration of collaborations between the first user and the other users. The system determines that the influencer score of the first user exceeds an influencer score threshold and generates a configuration setting of the application for the first user. The system applies the configuration setting to the application for the first user.

  • Publication number: 20230317275
Abstract: A device for conducting a telehealth consultation. The device receives a video feed of a patient environment, and recognizes a local device in the video feed of the patient environment. The device detects an input directed to the local device, generates a control command based on the input, and sends the control command to the local device. The control command causes the local device to perform an action during the telehealth consultation.

  • Publication number: 20230293119
Abstract: A method of remote monitoring a patient includes monitoring the patient under a first modality that blocks identification of the patient. The method includes determining whether an event is detected by the first modality. When an event is detected, the method includes monitoring the patient under a second modality, which is different from the first modality and includes capturing images of the patient.

  • Publication number: 20230282371
Abstract: A care delivery system detects an event from one or more sensors. The event indicates a safety risk to a patient in a first location. The system determines a clinical workflow based on the safety risk, and one or more rules defined by a healthcare facility in a second location remote from the first location. The system initiates a telehealth consultation based on the clinical workflow. The telehealth consultation includes the patient and a first caregiver in the second location. The system generates an alert identifying the safety risk, and routes the alert to a second caregiver based on the clinical workflow.

  • Publication number: 20220291045
Abstract: A thermometer includes one or more temperature sensors mounted on a housing. The one or more temperature sensors determine a temperature of at least one measurement site without contact. The non-contact thermometer displays an indicator to assist alignment of the one or more temperature sensors with the at least one measurement site, receives at least one measurement reading from the at least one measurement site, determines a temperature based on the at least one measurement reading, and displays the temperature on a display unit.
