Abstract: A received signal represents a user's speech. A first speaker recognition process is performed on a first portion of the received signal, to obtain a first output result. A second speaker recognition process is performed on a second portion of the received signal that is different from the first portion of the received signal, to obtain a second output result. The second speaker recognition process is different from the first speaker recognition process. The first and second output results are combined to obtain a combined output result indicating a likelihood that the user is a registered user.

Abstract: A breakout assembly in accordance with one aspect of the invention includes a housing including a tubular body defining a passage extending from a first end to an opposite second end of the body. An interior surface of the body includes a plurality of longitudinal guides, the interior surface further including a stop. The tubular body defines a plurality of openings extending through the body on opposite sides of the stop. The breakout assembly further includes a cap which is slidably received within the body of the housing, wherein notches within the cap receive the guides of the housing, and wherein the cap is engageable with the stop. Abstract: A method for preparing a crunchy snack-type meat food product, the method includes the steps of cutting pieces of muscle into meat strips, cutting in the direction of the muscle fibers of the muscle pieces; pressing the meat strips together in parallel into a mold; freezing the meat strips in the mold to form a frozen block of meat strips; removing the frozen block of meat strips from the mold; slicing the frozen block transversely to the muscle fibers, thereby obtaining sheets or slices of meat; and dehydrating and cooking same.

The device comprises connection means (4) to said lid (2), reversible attachment means (5) for seat (3) and actuating means (6) for said attachment means (5). Thus the device (1) has a release position, in which said attachment means (5) are separated from said seat (3) as a result of activating said actuating means (6), and an attachment position, in which said attachment means (5) attach said seat (3) automatically, at least when said attachment means (5) come into contact with said seat (3) owing to the relative approach between said lid (2) and said seat (3). The invention also provides a toilet lid including the attachment device (1).

Abstract: A fish tank with filling by aspiration of air which includes a lower zone (1) and an upper zone (2), the lower zone (1) being hermetically sealed by its sides and lower part and having has an opening (1a) in its upper part in the manner of a receptacle, while the upper zone (2) is hermetically sealed by its sides and upper part (2c) and has an opening (2a) in its lower part in the manner of an inverted receptacle, and the opening (2a) is comprised at a height slightly below the opening (1a) of the lower zone (1), there being in the upper part (2c) of the upper zone (2) a system of aspiration of air formed by a pump (3) and a non-return valve (5), which is suitable for extracting the air from the upper zone (2), preventing the entry of air or water through the upper part (2c) above said upper zone (2), while in the part (2b) inside of the upper zone (2) there is installed a small grating (4) in order to prevent access of the fish to possible air bubbles inside the upper zone (2).
