  • Patent number: 11643061
Abstract: A pedal simulation device, comprising: a housing; an abutment region that is coupled with the housing in a substantially rigid manner; a piston that is received in the housing and can be moved in a direction of actuation by passing through successive first and second actuation phases; and a return device that is configured to exert a resetting force on the piston that acts counter to the displacement of the piston in the direction of actuation.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 13, 2018
Date of Patent: May 9, 2023
    Assignee: ZF Active Safety GmbH
Inventors: Carlos Erviti, Jorge Trobajo, Ana Maisterra, Omayra Zapata
  • Publication number: 20230053518
Abstract: An assembly for a brake booster, for example, an electromechanical brake booster, comprises a motor output shaft of an electric motor, a transmission input shaft of a transmission which can be coupled to the electric motor, and a coupling element for power-transmitting coupling of the motor output shaft to the transmission input shaft. The coupling element has internal toothing which can be operatively connected or is operatively connected to the motor output shaft and to the transmission input shaft, as well as a brake booster with an assembly.

  • Patent number: 7134377
Abstract: A vacuum brake booster having a vacuum chamber and a working chamber, which are separated from one another by a movable wall, and a control valve is described. The control valve has a control valve housing (10), which is coupled workingly to the movable wall and which, for achieving a pressure difference at the movable wall, is capable of controlling the supply of atmospheric pressure or above-atmospheric pressure to the working chamber in dependence upon the displacement of an input element of the vacuum brake booster. The control valve housing (10) comprises an outer sleeve (12) and an inner sleeve (48), which is disposed radially at the inside of and coaxially with the outer sleeve (12) and is connected by a plurality of webs (58, 62) to the outer sleeve (12).
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 30, 2003
Date of Patent: November 14, 2006
    Assignee: Lucas Automotive GmbH
