  • Patent number: 11954070
Abstract: A method includes storing technical models in a network-accessible model repository. Each technical model is labeled with descriptive metadata and comprises one or more model views labeled with functional metadata. A request is received from a stakeholder device, the request specifying descriptive attributes and functional attributes applied to an associated stakeholder. Technical model(s) are retrieved based on the descriptive metadata labelling the retrieved technical models being determined to satisfy the descriptive attributes included in the request. For each retrieved technical model, one or more model views are compiled based on the functional metadata labelling the compiled model view being determined to satisfy the functional attributes included in the request.

  • Publication number: 20240099937
Abstract: This disclosure describes a system for protection of the bottle or carboys during freezing, storage or transport, and thawing. The system described herein is designed to enable high heat transfer rates under certain conditions, thus enabling to freeze or thaw the biopharmaceutical solutions at optimal rates, without disassembling the protective structure. This disclosure describes a system configured to receive a bottle or carboy filled with biopharmaceutical solutions for freezing, transport and thawing. This system comprises five main parts: a lid; a top cover; a multi-shape compatible top holder; a multi-shape compatible bottom holder and a bottom cover. This system has an opening in the bottom below the container that allows air to be driven through the walls of the bottle and through a side vent. The airflow passage in the system, allows the use of the system for freezing (cold air) or thawing (hot air) while providing physical protection.

  • Publication number: 20240087729
Abstract: A dynamic user interface is configured to generate two types of information that may be generated by sophisticated computer systems such as expert systems and/or artificial intelligence. These types and include a “what if” prediction that illustrates probable outcomes from alternative actions, and a “similarity” analysis which shows a user how adjustments to input data may affect the resulting predictions. The “what if” prediction provides users guidance as to what actions may be most beneficial. The “similarity” analysis helps the users understand consequences of medical decisions.

  • Patent number: 9189083
Abstract: A portable measurement system is provided comprising a probe, two trackers, a receiver and a pod. A user interface control captures a location and position of the probe in a three-dimensional sensing space with respect to a coordinate system of the receiver from time of flight waveform analysis. The system suppresses a ringing portion of the received ultrasonic and minimizes distortion associated with ultrasonic transducer ring-down during high-resolution position tracking of the probe and the two trackers. Media is presented according to a customized use of the probe and two trackers during an operation workflow.

  • Publication number: 20120330367
Abstract: A configurable check and balance system is provided to assess and report orthopedic measurements, including bone cut angles, trial inserts, extension gaps and prosthetic fit. The system can be configured for cut-check, trial-check, alignment and balance, dynamic distraction, and prosthetic trial fit. The measurements can be provided with respect to an anatomical coordinate system defined according to a positioning of a sensorized mechanical plate with respect to one or more referenced anatomical landmarks. In one example, the cut-check provides measurement of varus/valgus angle and anterior/posterior slope for distal femur cuts and proximal tibia cuts. The cut-check permits a surgeon to check bone cuts made by mechanical jigs, guides or patient specific implants (PSI). It also provides distance measurements. Other embodiments are also disclosed.
