It comprises a catheter tube having a proximal end portion (14) and a distal end portion (16), the catheter tube having a side wall (19) defining a lumen. A drainage opening (17) is located in the distal end portion (16) of the catheter tube and through the side wall (19) of the catheter tube, the drainage opening (17) being in communication with a cavity of the sleeve (22) and the lumen of the catheter tube.
