  • Patent number: 11779673
Abstract: The formation of sterilization tubes by plates with parts that match in whole or in part, that when assembled together form ducts, passages, channels, or tubes in a mass or block of heat resistant material. The size of the block may be reduced by forming the ducts as curved passages or tubes that will keep or increase the length of the tube while keeping the same or more exposure time while the gas is passing through. If the length of the curved duct is the same as a straight tube would have been, the overall size of the assembly may be reduced from what it otherwise would have been. If the curved length is made longer while the size of the assembly is kept the same, the exposure time is increased for a more effective sterilization.

  • Publication number: 20230250951
Abstract: An air treatment appliance is shown situated in a container, wherein the air treatment appliance includes an electrical power absorber; and includes an electrical interface configured to interface the container with an electrical lighting fixture normally configured for lighting a room with a lamp, the interface connected directly or indirectly to the power absorber for providing electrical current to the electrical power absorber for performing an air treatment action that treats air in or around the appliance or treats air in and around the appliance, wherein the electrical interface is a standarized interface that interfaces with a mating interface of the electrical lighting fixture.

  • Patent number: 10131496
Abstract: Safe transport of bulk materials is assured by a lashing system that suspends a flexible end face panel adjacent to rear doors of a shipping container, and that restrains the end face panel during loading and subsequent transport, so that the adjacent container door may be opened and closed without difficulty. The lashing may for instance be done by threading a strap through a ring in a central part of the panel and several cargo rings in the corners of a door opening of the container, and after tightening the strap, the strap is secured by passing a clasp through two holes in the strap that are aligned when under the desired tension. A triangular shaped strap may be sewn into the panel with a ring at the apex as an embodiment.

  • Patent number: 10010641
Abstract: A dispensing unit has a base with two or more upwardly projecting side panels hingedly attached thereto. The sides have upper ends which pivot inwardly to a closed position, and outwardly to an open position. One or more removable dispensable compound containers are locatable within the unit, positioned adjacent a relative movable side panel. Each side has a capping projection that is located over and caps the container when the side panel is in a closed position, and which uncap the container when in the open position. When the sides are pivoted outwardly, they permit dispensing of the dispensable compound located in each container.

  • Publication number: 20160068233
Abstract: A vessel hatch cover has a first plurality of sliding panels that allow a bulk hose receptacle to move across the width of a vessel hold without exposing the underlying bulk material. The first plurality of panels forms a loading portion which itself forms one of a second plurality of second sliding panels which allow the loading portion to move fore and aft so as to position the bulk hose receptacle in virtually any location over the hold without ever exposing the underlying hold to the elements. Thus, loading can occur in inclement weather without fear of contamination, reducing demurrage and in port vessel time.
