Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for optimization and recovery of second-generation sugar diluted stream, comprising pretreatment, enzymatic hydrolysis and mainly washing the residual solid from the enzymatic hydrolysis, which allows the increase of sugar recovery. The use of this sugar diluted stream is crucial for process integration, may have different possibilities of use, for example, can be applied in the mechanical refining step, microorganisms propagation, enzyme production, fermentation, enzymatic hydrolysis, including combination of uses.

Abstract: An example method includes utilizing a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) receiver to determine a location of a vehicle, and determining, based on the location of the vehicle, whether the vehicle has crossed a territorial boundary associated with a location for loading or unloading cargo from a trailer of the vehicle. Based on the vehicle having crossed the territorial boundary, a state of a lock of the trailer is changed from a first state to a second state. Another example method includes comparing a speed of a vehicle to a predefined speed threshold, providing a notification based on the speed of the vehicle exceeding the predefined speed threshold, detecting that a windshield wiper of the vehicle is activated for more than a predefined duration of time, and based on the detecting, reducing the predefined speed threshold. Apparatus configured to perform the methods are also disclosed.

The well testing system includes a separator-exchanger module that may include a modular frame, a separator and/or a modular steam-heat exchanger. A surge tank module can include a surge tank, frames, and two surge tanks. A manifold model can include a compact manifold. The various modules of the well testing system can be interconnected using various guiding, stopping, and/or fixing clamps.
