  • Publication number: 20210277888
Abstract: The invention relates to a pump for the application of fluids, which comprises: a piston in which the head (3) of the plunger (1) is surrounded by two packing rings (4) separated from one another to form a channel (5), where a lubricant is added; a tubular case (6) for accommodating the tubular body (2) of the piston; a set of valves provided at the outlet end of the tubular body (2) of the piston, for suctioning and expelling fluids; an elbow (29) connected to the free end of a second valve container (22) to join the set of valves to a first pipe (30) that supplies fluid to the pump; and a second pipe (32) connected to the free end of a third section (18) of a first container (14), for receiving the fluids that exit the piston and transporting same to a nozzle (33) for the final application of the fluid.

  • Publication number: 20120224909
Abstract: The invention relates to a mechanism for efficiently supplying paint to a roller or brush, formed by a suction/discharge pump including a deep cavity (1). The pump includes two externally threaded cylindrically-hollow extensions (5 and 5?) which are located diagonally opposite one another in relation to the cavity (1) and serve as connectors for attaching accessories, such as, for example, a brush, roller handle or hose. The lower extension (5) includes a narrow channel (7) which is connected to the cavity (1) and the other end of which is connected to a wide channel (6) into which is inserted a first valve (8) having a duckbill-shaped nozzle, made from a deformation-resistant material. The upper section (5?) has a similar structure to the lower section (5), but differs in that, instead of having a wide channel (6), this section ends in a tip (15) of equal thickness to that of the wide end (9) of the male connector, so that a second valve (8?) having a duckbill-shaped nozzle can be mounted thereon.

  • Publication number: 20110188919
Abstract: The invention relates to an improved roller for painting difficult-to-access rough surfaces, comprising a roller formed by a tube, one end of which is provided with perforations from which the paint is released in order to wet a plush roller disposed at said end. Each end of the plush roller is provided with a pierced cover having a central perforation through which the tube extends and a rough section which provides grip when a cover is being installed or removed. The invention also includes an open half-pipe casing including at least one perforation on each side thereof, through which the tube extends, and a V-channel at the longitudinal edges thereof, into which bristles are inserted. In addition, an extendable/retractable handle is added to the lower part of the base of the tube.

  • Publication number: 20100086344
Abstract: The present invention describes a system for supplying paint, for painting, consisting of a brush or roller that in its central part has a manual suction pump built in the actual brush or control part of the roller where the paint arrives in order to be dispensed to the bristles; said pump consists of the connection of a circular cavity, located in a lower piece, with a central, round perforation in an upper piece, said pieces forming the brush. In the outer upper part of the chamber there is a channel that surrounds the entire central perforation but leaves a border between said channel and the edge of the perforation, in such a manner that the channel houses a ring that will tension and fix an elastic membrane functioning as a bellows for the suction and the expulsion of the paint. It also consists of a container for storing paint, which may be a can or closed container that has a perforation in the central upper part via which tubing is inserted for carrying the paint to the brush.
