The frame has a frame length measured along an interior surface of the frame from the first end to the send end of the frame to define a first quadrant that extends from the first end for a distance of about 25% of the frame length and a second quadrant that extends from the second end for a distance of about 25% of the frame length. A first inflatable balloon attached to the interior surface of the frame in the first quadrant of the frame.
