Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing a plurality of resident communities having a plurality of rooms for occupancy, the system accessible by a plurality of individual users. The system may include a memory device that stores a set of instructions for operating the system. The system further stores room data relevant to the resident communities, assigns room data to individual rooms based on historical occupancy rates and rental price rates, and compares individual room data by one of a plurality of room groupings to calculate a recommended price for each room based on a weighted room data average.
