    Abstract: The invention relates to a system for generating energy in open water, in which an offshore wind turbine is releasably connected to a marine vehicle, which includes a transformer device for converting into lower and/or higher electrical voltage, an electrolysis device for generating hydrogen, and a tank for storing the hydrogen. The invention advantageously provides for dynamic changes between the operating modes of storage and transmission, redundancy and maintainability.
