  • Publication number: 20170208838
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pet food, comprising: a) a pet food core, b) one or more active layers surrounding all, or a portion of, the pet food core, and c) an outer layer at least partially surrounding the active layer, wherein the outer layer comprises a fat and/or a pallatant, wherein the active layer may comprise one or more of an antioxidant compound and a pro-oxidant compound. The active layer may be enriched with the pro-oxidant mineral compared to the pet food core, and/or the pet food core and the active layer may have different total concentrations of antioxidant compounds and/or the pet food core and the active layer may comprise different antioxidant compounds and/or the same antioxidant compounds in different concentrations.

  • Patent number: 8110010
Abstract: Agents for coloring keratin-containing fibers, in particular human hair, that contain encased oxidation dye precursor products. More-uniform coloring, which is independent of which strands are wetted first or last with the coloring product, is thereby ensured. The casing of the oxidation dye precursor products is made up of an encapsulating material made of methacrylic-acid, methacrylic acid-ester, or vinyl-acetate homo- or copolymers, or shellac, as well as at least one release agent. Contact time is equalized over time and shortened overall, resulting in a reduction in hair damage due to excessively long contact times. A method for manufacturing coloring agents for keratinic fibers, containing coated particles is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20120009134
Abstract: Agents for lightening and/or bleaching keratin-containing fibers, particularly human hair, comprising coated bleaching and/or alkalizing agents. The agent provides uniform lightening regardless of which strands are treated first or last with the hair-bleaching agent. The present invention further relates to a method for producing lightening and/or hair-bleaching agents for keratinic fibers containing coated particles.
