Abstract: A window cover apparatus for covering a window is provided. The window has a window opening and a window frame surrounding the window opening. The window cover apparatus comprises a shade qovering having a front side, a rear side, a top edge, a bottom edge, a first side edge, and a second side edge. An adhesive strip is mounted nearingly adjacent the top edge on the rear side of the shade covering. The shade covering is constructed from a paper material covered with a first pattern. The shade covering is capable of being secured over at least a portion of the window opening.
