  • Publication number: 20120265679
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide for seamless transferring of a user interaction session initiated at an ATM to a customer's mobile communication device. By transferring the user interaction session to the customer's mobile communication device, the customer limits their time interacting with the ATM and, thus, frees up the ATM for any other waiting customers. Additionally, the embodiments provide for a highly secure means of transferring the user interaction session from the ATM to the customer's mobile communication device. For example, Near Field Communication (NFC) or the like may be implemented as the communication mechanism, such that the customer is not required to re-authenticate when the interaction session is presented on the mobile communication device.

  • Publication number: 20120265809
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide for wirelessly communicating information from an ATM to a customer's mobile communication device during or proximate in time with the customer's ATM interaction session. More specifically, the information is accessible to the customer through communication of a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) that is wirelessly communicated from the ATM to the customer's mobile communication device. In specific embodiments, the URL may be associated with customer-specific information that is determined, on-the fly during the ATM interaction session, based on customer inputs during the session and/or customer profile data, including transaction history data. In other specific embodiments, the URL may be associated with financial institution contact information, such that the customer may obtain answers to questions related to the ATM interaction session or any other financial institution-related matter using their mobile communication device.

  • Publication number: 20120246024
Abstract: According to some embodiments, a system comprises an interface and one or more processors. The interface receives a search request indicating that a buyer requests to search for properties to evaluate. The one or more processors determine one or more buyer preferences that describe preferred characteristics for the properties according to the buyer. The one or more processors also determine whether an available property located proximate to a device associated with the buyer satisfies at least a threshold amount of the buyer preferences. If the available property satisfies at least a threshold amount of buyer preferences, the interface communicates a notification recommending that the buyer evaluate the available property.
