Abstract: A cleaning device having a regulated supply of pressurized fluid which is delivered to an outlet end through one of several interchangeable outlet devices having an outlet flow nozzle for cleaning clogged debris from gutters and downspouts, as well as other elevated structures. Reassembly of interchangeable outlet devices in combination with an outlet end adapter provides for adaptation of the device to optimize cleaning of gutters, and then to optimize cleaning of downspouts. All of the preceding is provided in a device which is quick and easy to assemble, and can be taken apart for storage, without wrenches.
