The device is comprised of a body with a liquid chamber for holding a drinking liquid which can be drank from a first opening in a lid of the device. The body may also be comprised of a spit chamber to collect spit through a second opening in the lid. Further, at least one tobacco/nicotine pouch can be placed in a pouch cartridge that can be placed within the body. After pressing a button on the cartridge, the cartridge feeds the pouch to and out of a dispensing structure located on the lid to allow a user to consciously remove the pouch and place it into their mouth.
