Patent number: 9644718Abstract: A shift arrangement for a motor vehicle transmission has a housing. At least two push rods are mounted on the housing so as to be movable in an axial direction between a neutral position and a shift position. The push rods can each be coupled to a shift clutch. At least two return rods are mounted on the housing. The return rods are each coupled to one of the push rods so that a push rod and the return rod associated therewith are moved in opposite axial directions. A shift cam of a shift member can be aligned with a push rod or with a return rod for the purpose of selecting, and can transmit a pushing force to a selected rod. A driving feature is arranged on the shift member and can transmit a pushing force in order to move an unselected rod into the neutral position.Type: GrantFiled: November 26, 2014Date of Patent: May 9, 2017Assignee: GETRAG Getriebe-und Zahnradfabrik Hermann Hagenbeyer GmbH & Cie KGInventor: Carsten Buender

Patent number: 9482340Abstract: Shift arrangement for a motor vehicle transmission. At least one gear stage can be engaged and disengaged by means of an associated shift clutch. A spindle which is aligned along a spindle axis, has a spindle thread and is rotatably mounted on a housing. A nut has a nut thread, which is in engagement with the spindle thread. A shift finger is formed on the nut. At least one shift rod is mounted movably on the housing and can be coupled to the shift clutch. Provided on the housing are a radial groove, in which the shift finger engages in an axial base position of the nut and within which the shift finger can be turned, and an axial guide, which axially adjoins the radial groove and in which the shift finger can engage in order to hold the nut in the circumferential direction, thus ensuring that said nut is moved axially in a first axial direction when the spindle is rotated.Type: GrantFiled: April 30, 2014Date of Patent: November 1, 2016Assignee: GETRAG Getriebe-und Zahnradfabrik Hermann Hagenmeyer GmbH & Cie KGInventor: Carsten Bünder

Patent number: 9435384Abstract: An actuator arrangement for a motor vehicle drive train which has at least one friction clutch for transmitting drive torque, in particular in the form of a starting clutch, as well as a gearbox having at least two gears, which can be engaged and disengaged by means of a shift clutch arrangement. The actuator arrangement comprises a hydraulic circuit that has a pump driven by means of an electric motor; a clutch hydraulic cylinder by means of which the friction clutch can be actuated; and a shift actuator device for actuating the shift clutch arrangement. The shift actuator device has a shift drum which is or can be coupled to the electric motor via a shift drum coupling device in a manner such that the shift drum can be set in rotation by means of the electric motor in order to actuate the shift clutch arrangement.Type: GrantFiled: August 13, 2014Date of Patent: September 6, 2016Assignee: GETRAG GETRIEBE—UND ZAHNRADFABRIK HERMANN HAGENMEYER GMBH & CIE KGInventors: Carsten Bünder, Stefan Rothvoss

Publication number: 20150260285Abstract: A shifting arrangement for a motor vehicle gearbox has a housing which defines a longitudinal axis. A rod is mounted axially displaceably in relation to the housing and can be coupled to a shifting clutch arrangement. A shift shaft is mounted rotatably in relation to the housing and is oriented transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis. The shift shaft being coupled to the rod by means of a driver device in such a way that the rod is displaced in a first longitudinal direction in the case of a rotation of the shift shaft in a first rotational direction. The driver device is a freewheel driver device which is configured in such a way that the rod is decoupled from the shift shaft in the case of a rotation of the shift shaft in a second rotational direction.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 6, 2015Publication date: September 17, 2015Inventor: Carsten Buender

Publication number: 20150152944Abstract: Shift arrangement for a motor vehicle transmission which has at least two gear stages that can be engaged and disengaged by means of different rods has a housing. At least two push rods are mounted on the housing in such a way as to be movable in an axial direction between a neutral position and at least one shift position and which can each be coupled to a shift clutch or a shift clutch pack. At least two return rods are mounted on the housing in such a way as to be movable in an axial direction between a neutral position and at least one shift position. The return rods are each coupled to one of the push rods in such a way that a push rod and the return rod associated therewith are moved in opposite axial directions. A shift member is mounted on the housing in such a way that a shift cam of the shift member can be aligned with a push rod or with a return rod for the purpose of selecting, and can transmit a pushing force to the selected rod and move it in a first axial direction for a shift operation.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 26, 2014Publication date: June 4, 2015Inventor: Carsten Buender

Patent number: 7093511Abstract: A power transmission for a motor vehicle. The transmission includes a plurality of transmission ratio steps defined by pairs of gear carried on parallel shafts, and final output mechanisms for engaging desired transmission ratio steps. The final output mechanisms are operable for controlling the engagement of respective transmission ratio steps to minimize tractive force interruption by allowing rapid gear changes to be effected to reduce the times between shifts of gears. By sensing accelerator pedal position and vehicle speed a new transmission ratio step to be subsequently engaged can be pre-selected while an engaged gear remains engaged.Type: GrantFiled: August 23, 2003Date of Patent: August 22, 2006Assignee: LuK Lamellen und Kupplungsbau Beteiligungs KGInventors: Viggo L.
