Abstract: Oxidative compositions for oxidative treatment of hair, kits including such compositions, and methods for oxidative color change are provided. An exemplary oxidative composition includes comprises water, hydrogen peroxide, at least linear saturated 1-alkanol with from about 12 to about 30 carbon atoms, at least one anionic surfactant selected from alkyl sulfates and alkyl ether sulfates, dipicolinic acid, 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid, disodium pyrophosphate, benzoic acid or a salt thereof, and potassium hydroxide. The exemplary oxidative composition has a pH in the range of from about 2 to about 3.8, each measured at 20° C. The exemplary oxidative composition includes no phosphoric acid, no salicylic acid, no diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid, no ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, no nitrilotriacetic acid nor salts thereof, and no phenacetin, no stannates, no cationic surfactants and no oil.

Abstract: Aqueous hydrogen peroxide preparations containing selected 1-alkanols in a total amount of from about 1 to about 2.8 wt %, selected anionic surfactants in a total amount of from about 0.05 to about 0.5 wt %, additionally dipicolinic acid, 1-hydroxyethane-1,1-diphosphonic acid, disodium pyrophosphate, benzoic acid and potassium hydroxide in selected amounts can be adjusted to be stable in storage at a pH in the range of from about 2 to about 3.8 (about 20° C.) without adding any additional stabilizers.

Abstract: The subject matter of the present Application is cosmetic agents for treating keratinic fibers, which encompass at least two phases present alongside one another but separated from one another by a phase boundary, where the first phase (I) represents an aqueous phase that contains at least one chemical oxidizing agent, and where the second phase (II) represents a hydrophobic oil phase that contains a mixture of isopropyl palmitate (II-1) and at least one further liquid, branched carboxylic acid ester (II-2). The compositions are particularly shelf-stable and cold-stable, and are notable for outstanding care-providing properties.
