Patent number: 10046110Abstract: A drug injection device comprises a main body case, a drug syringe mounting component, a piston, a drive mechanism, a controller, and means for locking the lid during operation of the drug injection device. The main body case has a lid and a base and an injection needle let-in/let-out opening. The drug syringe mounting component is provided inside the main body case, and allows a (filled) drug syringe to be mounted therein. The piston is movable with respect to the drug syringe mounting component. The drive mechanism drives the drug syringe mounting component and the piston. The controller is electrically connected to the drive mechanism. The means for locking the lid during operation of the drug injection device is activated and deactivated by movement of the drug syringe mounting component when the lid is closed.Type: GrantFiled: January 13, 2014Date of Patent: August 14, 2018Assignee: BAYER PHARMA AKTIENGESELLSCHAFTInventors: Sven Erik Poulsen, Jan Olesen, Carsten Pedersen

Patent number: 7957758Abstract: A method of decoding data comprising a plurality of data-bursts, comprising the steps of: i) receiving a first one of the data-bursts, ii) associating hypothesis data with the or each received data-bursts; iii) attempting to decode the data; and iv) if the decode is successful to power down the receiver, and if the decode is unsuccessful receiving a further one of the data-bursts and repeating steps ii) to iv), until all of the data has been received.Type: GrantFiled: June 13, 2007Date of Patent: June 7, 2011Assignee: Mediatek Inc.Inventors: Joern Soerensen, Carsten Griem, Carsten Pedersen

Publication number: 20090177178Abstract: The invention relates to a connector device for establishing fluid communication between a first and a second container. The device includes a first tube member for engaging the first container and a second tube member in fluid communication with said first tube member at a first end and having at a second end an engagement member for engagement of said second container. The second tube member includes a second piercing means. The engagement member allows, in an activated position, for piercing of the second container by the second piercing means and prevents separation of the second container and the device, so that the piercing of the second container cannot be undone, and so that the second container cannot be separated from the connector device after it has been pierced.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 5, 2007Publication date: July 9, 2009Applicant: POLIMOON MEDICAL PACKAGING A/SInventor: Erik Carsten Pedersen

Publication number: 20050120511Abstract: A vacuum cleaner mouthpiece with a comb disposed in the top of the mouth of the mouthpiece and covering a relatively small part of the mouth and a filter for combating head lice and other vermin as well as removing dandruff from the scalp. The mouthpiece is provided with a flexible connection, where even long hair may be suspended sufficiently tight, elastic and open in the suction stream inside the mouthpiece and possibly into the connecting tube of the vacuum cleaner. Under the edge of the tooth points of the comb, the mouth inclines rearwards and downwards, so that the comb may tilt down into the hair so that the entire suction action is concentrated in the tooth interspaces during the combing. At both sides of the rearwards inclining part of the mouth is provided a combing support which is simultaneously a tilt axis. Inside the connection between mouthpiece and connecting tube is attached a readily detachable filter.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 7, 2003Publication date: June 9, 2005Applicant: Snatchers Company A/SInventor: Carsten Pedersen
