Abstract: A support assembly for securing a ladder to a structure includes an upper ladder support element extending through first and second ends of a first, upper rung of the ladder. A lower ladder support element extends through first and second ends of a second, lower rung of the ladder. A first upper lateral connection is secured to the structure and to the upper ladder support element adjacent to the first end of the first, upper rung of the ladder. A second upper lateral connection is secured to the structure and to the upper ladder support element adjacent to the second end of the first, upper rung of the ladder. A first lower lateral connection is secured to the structure and to the lower ladder support element adjacent to the first end of the first, lower rung of the ladder. A second lower lateral connection is secured to the structure and to the lower ladder support element adjacent to the second end of the first, lower rung of the ladder.
