The cover device being constructed of a flexible material, the cover device includes a first closed end, slot, and second open end. The slot is formed along a portion of the first closed end and is adapted to allow the passage of a seatbelt tongue as well as resist the passage of other objects or fluids. The second open end is adapted to receive a seatbelt buckle housing.
