    Abstract: A device for monitoring the thermal energy consumed by a single unit of a multi-unit building having a central heating and/or cooling space conditioning system, said device comprising a monitoring system responsive to the temperature levels contained in said single unit and of the space conditioning heat exchanger within said unit and a monitoring circuit which comprises a temperature measuring circuit for monitoring temperature levels. A recording and display circuit is electrically coupled to the temperature measuring circuit to provide a totalization and reading of accumulated temperature levels within a unit during a monitoring interval.
