Abstract: Donations are provided to a regulated organization by receiving value derived from activities of a user, automatically determining rules applicable to donations to the organization, and automatically providing at least some of the value to the organization in a manner consistent with the applicable rules. Donations are dispersed to a regulated organization by receiving value derived from activities of a user, automatically placing the value in an escrow account, providing the user an opportunity to control dispersal of the value, and if the user does not prevent dispersal of the value to the organization, delivering the value to the organization.
