A sender can send a service metadata asset lifecycle event notification to the distribution list owner, and the members of the distribution list will also receive the service metadata asset lifecycle event notification. The system further provides the capability for the sender to edit the distribution list, prior to sending the message to the distribution list owner and the members of the distribution list.
