  • Publication number: 20240127367
Abstract: A crop prediction system performs various machine learning operations to predict crop production and to identify a set of farming operations that, if performed, optimize crop production. The crop prediction system uses crop prediction models trained using various machine learning operations based on geographic and agronomic information. Responsive to receiving a request from a grower, the crop prediction system can access information representation of a portion of land corresponding to the request, such as the location of the land and corresponding weather conditions and soil composition. The crop prediction system applies one or more crop prediction models to the access information to predict a crop production and identify an optimized set of farming operations for the grower to perform.

  • Patent number: 8756723
Abstract: A water jet suitable for use in a water recreational apparatus has (a) a body defining a body interior passageway between a body inlet opening and a body outlet opening, the body having (a) a light well with an open external end and a closed transparent internal end, and (b) an insert disposed largely within the body, the insert defining an insert interior passageway between an insert inlet opening and an insert outlet opening, the insert defining a flange cover at the proximal end of the insert. The insert is moveable within the body between a water open position and a water closed position. The insert is also moveable within the body between a light on position and a light off position.

  • Publication number: 20120174898
Abstract: A method of operating an internal combustion engine comprises the steps of (a) pressurizing a liquid fuel to a pressure above 150 psig; (b) heating the liquid fuel to a temperature above 500° F. to produce a heated liquid fuel; (c) suddenly reducing the pressure of the heated liquid fuel sufficiently to vaporize the heated liquid fuel to form a vaporized hot fuel; (d) combining the vaporized hot fuel with oxygen to form a vaporized hot fuel/oxygen mixture; (e) introducing the vaporized hot fuel/oxygen mixture into the internal combustion engine; and (f) combusting the vaporized hot fuel/oxygen mixture within the internal combustion engine.
