    Abstract: A generally egg-shaped eyedrop dispenser, with a nozzle provided on top of a squeezable hollow body. On top of the hollow body about the nozzle is a bumper having a smooth, generally dome-shaped, top surface substantially surrounding the nozzle. Both the body and bumper having a generally round shape when viewed from the top. The bumper reduces the consumer's fear of inadvertently jabbing his eye with the nozzle while applying eyedrops to his eye from the inverted dispenser. The bumper also makes it easier to apply eyedrops by allowing the consumer to rest the bumper on the bridge of his nose or on his brow while dispensing the eyedrops.
