A server can maintain, on a database, an identification of a set of activities for users at risk of migraines, with each activity having a set of messages to be presented in accordance with a rule. The server can receive, via a user interface, an indication identifying a state of the user associated with the migraine. The server can select, based on the state of the user identified in the response, an activity to provide to the user for the session. The server can identify, in accordance with the rule for the activity, a message from the set of messages. The server can cause the message identifying the activity to be presented via the user interface.

A computing device may provide a first session for a cognitive training layer associated with a skill. The computing system may provide a second session for a virtual functional training layer for the user to apply the skill in virtual settings. The computing system may provide a third session for a functional training layer for the user to perform an activity to apply the skill. The efficacy of the medication that the user is taking to address the disease or disorder may be increased.

A server may identify a session defining a plurality of tasks for a user to be performed using at least one hand of the user holding a display to address a propensity for behavior associated with a condition of the user. The server may provide a first indication to perform a first task using the at least one hand. The server may provide, subsequent to the first task, a second indication to perform a second task using the at least one hand. The server may provide, subsequent to the second task, a third indication to perform a third task using the at least one hand. The user may be administered with an effective amount of a medication at least partially concurrently with the performance of the tasks.
