Abstract: A system tracks and performs actions using health data. The system is operable to use digital representations of biometrics to control access to identity information for people stored in an identification system. The system uses the stored identity information to track, evaluate, and/or correlate current and/or previously monitored health information for the people to perform one or more of a variety of actions. Such actions may include determining whether or not to allow the person access, providing attestations about a person's health information, routing the person based on one or more evaluations of the health information, and so on.
