Abstract: A composition for imparting anti-aging benefits onto skin containing: (a) an aqueous phase containing: (i) from about 0.5% to 10% by weight, of at least one water-soluble active ingredient; and (ii) water; and (b) an oil phase containing: (iii) at least one emulsifying crosslinked siloxane elastomer; (iv) from about 0.1% to 1% by weight, of at least one oil-soluble active ingredient; (v) wax; and (vi) oil; all weights based on the total weight of the composition.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to an emulsion composition, comprising: (i) from about 0.01 to about 1% by weight of at least one aromatic alcohol; (ii) from about 0.01 to about 1% by weight of at least one aromatic carboxylic acid; and (iii) from about 0.01 to about 0.5 % by weight of at least one chlorophenyl glyceryl ether; and wherein the composition does not require use of parabens, ethanol and/or glycols in order to preserve the composition.

Abstract: Cosmetic compositions in the form of stable, pleasant feeling W/O or W/Si emulsions include an aqueous phase and an oil phase. The oil phase includes at least one silicone elastomer gel comprising at least one emulsifying elastomer, and at least one non-swelling non-emulsifying silicone elastomer. The composition also includes at least one stabilizing agent/spherical powder, water, and one or more additional components selected from actives and other additives.
