Abstract: A sales training network for training Users in sales has a community network software operably installed on the computer device, the community network software having a communications and training module for receiving a training request from each of the Users, whereby the user is able to select either AI assisted training, or to be matched with another of the Users. A matching component enables matching two of the Users in the event that the matching function is selected. A chatbot software generates a sales simulation, in the event that an AI simulation is selected. A feedback module is configured to evaluate the performance of the User, and to provide feedback for the User based on the evaluated sales performance of the User.
