Abstract: The present invention is associated with a system and method of analyzing the health of a population. The population includes a plurality of members. In one embodiment, the method includes the steps of establishing a plurality of health related characteristics associated with the population, the characteristics including a plurality of primordial characteristics, establishing a relationship between the health related characteristics and at least one health condition, and analyzing at least a portion of the population in response to the relationship.

The health related information may be used to manage a health care program. The method includes the steps of establishing a population, the population having a plurality of members, and establishing said repository of health related information associated with at least one of said members, the health related information including a health characteristic, a family health characteristic, and a lifestyle characteristic associated with the member.

Abstract: A method for using targeted questionnaires to improve the health of a covered population is disclosed. In operation, the system and method builds a set of targeted questions associated with a health risk assessment strategy, devises potential tailored feedback based at least in part upon the potential answers to the targeted questions, administers the targeted questions to a target population, and provides actual tailored feedback to the target population.
