  • Publication number: 20240116900
Abstract: Provided are crystalline forms of a KRAS G12C inhibitor compound and to processes for their preparation. Furthermore, provided is pharmaceutical composition comprising said crystalline forms, and at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The pharmaceutical composition can be used as a medicament, in particular for the treatment of cancer, and KRAS G12C-mutant cancer.

  • Publication number: 20240082218
Abstract: It relates to a pharmaceutical combination comprising a KRAS G12C inhibitor, in particular 1-{6-[(4M)-4-(5-Chloro-6-methyl-1H-indazol-4-yl)-5-methyl-3-(1-methyl-1H-indazol-5-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]-2-azaspiro [3.3] heptan-2-yl} prop-2-en-1-one (Compound A) and one or more therapeutically active agents selected from a SHP2 inhibitor (e.g. TNO155) and a PD-1 inhibitor, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same; and methods of using such combinations and compositions in the treatment or prevention of a cancer or a tumor, in particular wherein the cancer or tumor is KRAS G12C mutated.

  • Patent number: 6832743
Abstract: The in-flight refueling of a squadron of aircraft by a tanker by means of the same refueling hose requires the formation of a queue and the determination of the number of passes, one or possibly two, by each aircraft to the refueling hose, which constitutes a refueling sequence. Although the order in the queue is simple to establish, since it often corresponds to a classification by decreasing quantities of fuel demanded, the same does not apply to the number of passes to the refueling hose, which must be minimized while still respecting the endurances of the aircraft to be refueled before their actual refueling starts. The method described, which may be implemented by a computer, automates the search for a refueling sequence that satisfies the endurance requirements of the various aircraft to be refueled, while still having the minimum number of passes to the refueling hose by the aircraft in the squadron.

  • Publication number: 20040182966
Abstract: The in-flight refuelling of a squadron (1) of aircraft by a tanker (2) by means of the same refuelling hose requires the formation of a queue and the determination of the number of passes, one or possibly two, by each aircraft to the refuelling hose, which constitutes a refuelling sequence. Although the order in the queue is simple to establish, since it often corresponds to a classification by decreasing quantities of fuel demanded, the same does not apply to the number of passes to the refuelling hose, which must be minimized while still respecting the endurances of the aircraft to be refuelled before their actual refuelling starts.
