    Abstract: Disclosed are improved cleaning compositions comprising soap&com ma; fatty acid, synthetic detersive surfactant, salt and a polyhydridic alcohol, which are suitable for formation into precursor cleansing/laundry bar “soap noodles,” personal cleansing bars and laundry detergent bars.
