The method includes the steps of receiving an XML message including the source data; creating a message context object from the XML message; transforming the message context object using user-configured XSL entries; applying business rules to the transformed message context object; mapping source data elements of the transformed message context object to target data elements; and transforming the XSL-transformed data into a workflow request for integrating the source data to the target application.
